Golden Hour Daiquiri
A bright daiquiri riff with aged rum, demerara syrup, and a touch of salted honey.
Shake
- 2 oz aged rum
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz demerara syrup
- 1/4 oz salted honey syrup
Shake hard with cold ice for ten seconds, then fine strain into a chilled coupe.
Finish
